Career details:

Dylan Pugh was released at the end of December after a frustrating period with Bath Rugby that yielded only two matches. The talented outside half from the Amman Valley represented Wales at under-21 level, but was denied regular opportunities in the 1stXV due to the form and fitness of Mike Catt and Shaun Berne. Dylan’s debut came in a pre-season friendly match at Keynsham, where in a 24-3 victory he kicked a single conversion. Having been sat twiddling his thumbs due to a lack of United fixtures following inclement weather conditions, Dylan jumped at the chance to make a home debut in the 55-12 rout of Saracens in a mid-season friendly match, replacing hat-trick hero Phil de Glanville. Bath released him at the end of that season and he joined Neath. Dylan demonstrated his burgeoning talents upon leaving the club when he was named man of the match on his Neath debut in a 70-7 win over Whitland in the Principality Cup, before signing for London Welsh in the summer of 2002.
